My goal with this website is to give you plenty of updates about my traveling life as a pro golfer. I play all around the world, and get to see some stunning golf courses and interesting places. I will try and give my best on this website, as I allways do on the golf course.

I have had a couple of bad seasons after winning on the European Tour in Madrid 2007. Since I've been struggling with my game and it has not been working the way I wanted it to. On top of that my manager recently ran away with my sponsorship, making it even more complicated to concentrate on my game.

One thing I have learnt in the last many years, is that I play golf because I love the game. I love giving the best of me. I am more devoted to my game than I have ever been. I really enjoy working with myself both mentally and psychically.

Next to my website I daily update my twitter profile. You can follow me on: www.twitter.com/MadsVibe. Here I will update with pictures and videos from the practice ground and u can watch the golf courses where I'm playing.

I am now home again after 2 weeks on the road. First I had a week in Orlando Florida, with alot of practice in Lake Nona. What a beautiful place. The course is outstanding, with fast greens and a great Tom Fazio design. It was a great place to be and I felt very motivated, practicing alongside Peter Hanson, Maarten Lafeber, Ross Fisher and Nick Faldo.

On the monday I went to Medellin Colombia to play the 2nd event of the year. I have to give myself credit for preparing so well for the tournament.

I shot level par in the first round and that was a good score, with only 4 fairways hit. I didn't hit my driver that great! Its a tight course so it wasn't easy, but u need to hit more fairways to be able to make a score.

2nd round I shot 2 over and missed the cut with one shot! Damn! That hurts.. Its a long way to miss by one, but I guess its better than missing by two! My putting and short game was really sharp and I had 28,5 putting average and 68 % scrambling, so if I can keep those stats going and hit some more fairways, its going to be a good season!

Anyway, I didn't get anything out of it on the rankings, but its an experience, and I have got a feel about where my game is at the moment, and I have a clear picture of what I have to do before the next tournament in Kenya, starting in Kenya in two weeks at the 30th March - 3rd April.

On Sunday I am going to Portugal with a group to do some teaching, mostly in the short game and on course strategy. We will be staying in Sesimbra and play Aroeira, Riba Golfe and Troia. So hopefully the weather will be good and I can get some practice done as well.

You will hear from me soon, to describe how the practice is going.

All the best,

Mads
